The Cowboys & Cooks team is bringing you a sensational offer: a 2-course lunch special, with local and fresh ingredients, for only R138!
Choose from 4 starters. First on the list is the truffle-infused Cauliflower Soup. It is served with Parmesan, Crispy Bacon & Ciabatta Crumb.

Next is the deep-fried Grilled Calamari tubes. These are marinated in fresh lemon, olive oil, red chili flakes, fresh bay leaves, and Italian parsley.
A fresh and summery option is the beautiful Heirloom Tomato & Bocconcini salad. A mix of heirloom and semi-dried tomatoes, red onion, freshly sliced garlic, basil pesto, olive oil, balsamic reduction, lemon salt and, to top it off, served with crisp bocconcini!
Lastly, the tasty Peri-Peri chicken livers! Pan-fried in creamy chipotle peri-peri sauce for a nice bite, the livers are then infused with fresh lemon juice & coriander. They are served with a warm cocktail Portuguese roll.

The lunch special has a choice of two cuts of our 28-day matured steak – rump or sirloin. It is then flame-grilled on our custom-made grill, which has a specialized chimney to draw up the flame and smoke the meat at the same time.
Finally, our freshly caught linedfish is an option for mains. This fish is from our sister restaurant (Sevruga)’s suppliers – we work with only local suppliers who in turn have teamed up with local fisherman.
